These Terms and other applicable conditions and notices contained herein govern your
use of the Royind Future Private Limited service and website. By using, visiting, or
browsing Royind Future’s website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of
Use.
We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, cancel, deactivate, or delete your
account and all related information and files in your account. We further reserve
the right (but do not have the obligation) to restrict, refuse, terminate, or
suspend your access to or use of all or any part of the services, at any time and
for any reason without giving any prior notice, in our sole discretion, including
without limitation, in such instances wherein we believe that you are or might be
engaged in any form of fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise improper activity regarding
the services. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for
taking any of these actions.
We put hard work, effort, time, and energy into your business to create its online
presence from scratch without any manipulation when you hand it over. Hence we
expect you to understand the payment must be cleared in one go so that the process
can be smooth. As a benefit, you can avail of discount offers and complete features
in yearly packages.
When you opt for the monthly package, some features of Digital Marketing and Brand
Promotion will be excluded.
Once we initiate the proceedings after taking the handover, neither any moderations
in the plan can be considered nor any refund application can be raised against it.
The package plan can not be changed in the middle of the process. Any changes or
alterations should be communicated before opting for a plan whether monthly or
yearly.
Mandate:
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about
yourself as prompted during the registration process. You further agree to maintain
and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and
complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account
and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and/or
account. You agree to :

(a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or
password or any other breach of security, and
-
(b) exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will
not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with
the foregoing requirements.
You understand and agree that our services may include communications such as
service announcements and administrative messages from our partners or from us and
that these communications are considered part of the services. You will not be able
to opt out of receiving these messages.
Website Backup:
After delivering your website, we keep a complete backup of the site for 6 months.
In any case, if the website gets deleted or hacked by anyone after 6 months, with
intent or without, the same cost will be charged in order to rebuild a new website.
Indemnity:
If you choose to avail of our service, you as a result of this expressly agree to
indemnify and hold harmless Royind’s owners, its principals, officers, employees,
and contractors against all suits, actions, claims, demands, or costs of any kind to
which they may be subject arising or resulting at any time or place from anything
done or omitted to be done by Royind Future in connection with this project.
Modifications:
Royind Future reserves the right, with or without notice to you, from time to time,
to change these Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current
version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Your use of Royind
Future’s website or continued use of our service after changes is made means that
you agree to be bound by such changes.
Project Timeline:
Total timeline of the project is mentioned is the expected timeline of project
completion, it may be more of less depending on the complexity of the project,
modification in the requirement and there may be delay of receiving client side
deliverables/feedback etc. In such cases Royind Future Private Limited is not
responsible for any delay in the project completion or any kind of refund.
Refund Policy:

(a) Regarding Website Development and Mobile Application development
projects, the paid amount is non refundable.

(b) Regarding Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & SEO packages, upon
failure on our part to provide the service described in the client's package
within the mentioned package duration, the full payment will be refunded for the
annual package only. However, after one year from the date of package booking, a
refund may be requested.

(c) As soon as the payment is made and the work process has begun, the
package amount will be non-refundable if there is no dispute regarding the
service rendered.
Maintenance:

(a) Free Maintenance support for website/mobile application will be
followed the duration on the mentioned quotation.

(b) Free Maintenance support will be started after deploying the source
code of the website/application on the server of the client.

(c) Free maintenance support means the fixing of the errors/bugs of the
website/mobile application code. It is not related to client side hosting,
domain or any third party API support.

(d) Any modification of the existing functionality or new addition of the
functionality of the website/mobile application is not a part of free
maintenance support.

(e) Free maintenance support will be applicable only for the coding
developed from scratch by us and the hosting credential will not be shared to
the other developers/freelancers. If we find any modification in our coding, we
will terminate the free maintenance support immediately.

(f) If we have worked on any project done by the other developers, our
free maintenance support will not be applicable on the functionality or any
modification done by us on that project.
Copyright:
All content included on the Royind Future’s website and delivered to subscribers as
part of the service, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button
icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and
software, is the property of ROYIND FUTURE PRIVATE LIMITED.
